Modernist Concrete Home

Concrete home designed by Stevens Lawson Architects with original modernist architecture.

This concrete house overlooks Browns Island in Waitemata Harbour, New Zealand and features a stunning array of concrete walls, pillars and forms. The house is made up of geometrical concrete pieces that give the finished design an angular appearance.

The interior is furnished with beautiful timber, wood, tile and stainless steel.

The Karaka Bay House has a total of three floors with the bedrooms on the upper level, the living areas situated on the middle floor and a lower guest room.

Floor to ceiling windows allow this concrete home to be bathed in light and create an warm and hospitible atmosphere.
